Gazprom holders approve paying 190 bln rbl in 2017 dividends

ST. PETERSBURG, Jun 29 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian gas giant Gazprom on Friday approved paying 8.04 rubles per share, or a total of 190.335 billion rubles, in dividends for 2017.

The payment will account for 26.6% of the company’s net profit calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Gazprom’s dividends for 2016 amounted to 190.327 billion rubles, or 20% of the IFRS net profit for the year.
